the room was smaller than I thought. IT was hard to move around with my luggage. the staff seemed so disinterested. i asked for extra towels, but never received them. the experience was quite underwhelming.

Convenient stay NEAR kings cross

I appreciated the helpful staff. They assisted with directions and also helped with luggage. The room had a lovely, hot shower, a real plus after a long day. I found the room to be clean and quite warm. EVERYTHING felt very cute.

The bathroom sink was quite tiny, really. I think some more hooks or shelving in the bathroom would help when hanging wet towels. It's just a little thing but would improve convenience a lot.

i appreciated the 24 hour staff and the left luggage facility, though it was at my own risk. the room was clean. the front facing rooms feature a view of the clock tower at st pancras station, it looked nice.

The room lacked some toiletries amenities. i found it a bit cramped. It could be bigger.

The location was very convenient. The staff were polite at the reception. I could leave my luggage after checking out. This allowed me to explore a bit more.

My room was quite small. There was not much space around the bed. The stairs were narrow with no elevator. It was difficult to carry the luggage up.
