My room faced the street. I noticed some road noise. It was manageable, but worth noting.

The hotel offered nice and neat accommodation. Hammersmith Underground enabled transport to various attractions. The pub downstairs was very handy. I found bus stops just outside the hotel, providing easy access.

Basic Stay with Unresolved Issues

The faulty bathroom lights made it difficult to see, less than ideal. A noisy fan also disrupted sleep, turning on unexpectedly during the night. Staff at the front desk were not particularly helpful. They offered no solutions to address these problems which was a shame.

the tv only had itv. that felt disappointing as having more options is nice on returning to the hotel at night. i think this could improve the overall stay.

carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was exhausting. And the promised wifi was unreliable. it made working remotely impossible. also the shower pressure was very weak.

The hotel features a really nice bar area and nice staff. The room I had was cute, clean, and functional. I also appreciated the inclusion of SkyTV (it was a nice bonus!).
Climbing those steep stairs was quite difficult. The water pressure in the shower was also not great. (It barely trickled out).

i enjoyed my visit. the room had adequate space and a great bathroom. i also found the location near shops, restaurants, and the train station very convenient. the christmas party at the venue was enjoyable with excellent food in the private basement room.
the air conditioning didn't work well on the higher floors during warm weather. this made for an uncomfortable night, despite the staff's efforts to move me to a smaller room. that tiny room was on the top floor but still had limited space.
