friendly staff comfortable bed central location

the staff were very friendly the bed felt comfortable a travel cot was available for my baby i thought this showed great service the location was also quite central making it easy to get around i was happy i could get to places quickly and easily i was glad to find the hotel in such a convenient location.

the room felt a little small nothing major but something i noticed

i really appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. the room included complimentary water bottles and a selection of treats like sweets, biscuits, and fruit. the breakfast offering of tea, coffee, cereal, toast, and eggs was also complimentary (it was enough to get me going each morning).

decent stay with minor drawbacks

polite staff convenient location hallway noise basic breakfast

the hotel staff was very polite. eva and shahram were especially kind and helpful, this. the location near a tube station was also convenient. it made traveling around the city much easier.

the room i had was a bit noisy. i could hear sounds from the hallway and from other guests. the breakfast was rather basic. it did not offer much variety.

the staff was very kind and cute. they allowed me to leave my baggage there until check-in and after check-out. the room was super clean and cozy (i really liked the fresh towels!).

the room was a bit small for my liking. there wasn't a closet in the room. also, the mattress was too soft for my taste.

The room had air conditioning. This was a blessing. black out curtains were installed, so i slept soundly. the bed was very snuggly with ample pillows.

i could hear showers from neighboring rooms.
