sea view friendly staff helpful staff ground floor rear location machine noise
i stayed in a double room sea view. i appreciated the beautiful sea view from my room. the staff were friendly indeed, and they were very helpful.
My small room was on the ground floor at the rear. Unfortunately there was A humming, drone all night. it came from some type of machine at basement level. this noise disrupted my sleep.

fantastic stay with sea views!
sea view friendly staff clean room great value
The location was perfect overlooking the sea. the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. my room was clean and had everything i needed for my stay. the price was very good, a double room with a sea view offered great value.
the windows were a bit draughty, but i managed with an extra blanket

The hotel is right on the seafront. This is so convenient. it is also close to everything, so exploring was simple. i liked how accessible all the local attractions were from the premises

solid beachfront stay
great location helpful staff clean room free parking
The location was amazing. I had easy access to the beach and nearby shops. the staff were helpful and friendly, i borrowed an adapter with ease. the room was clean, everything i needed was there. i found free parking on a residential road behind the hotel.
the windows were quite stiff and hard to open fully.

the hotel featured a bar and food service. a pool table for entertainment. separate areas provided space for reading and enjoying the sea view. there is a lift though it requires navigating an extra flight of stairs.

Food service was available. A bar offered refreshments. i was not allowed to use the dining facilities due to an incident. there are many local pubs and cafes in the area, providing additional dining options near the hotel.

the double room included a kettle with tea. the beds had quality mattresses and pillows. high ceilings and a large window with a sea view was present. soap dispensers are provided in the room, not mini shower gels.

The receptionist was polite and helpful. It started my stay positively. the staff assisted with borrowing an adapter. staff really helped us with disabilities challenges. They were really good. i really appreciate the cute hospitality !!!

Excellent Stay with Sea Views
sea view free parking easy access spacious hotel
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions. I enjoyed a sea view room . Finding free parking on nearby residential roads was very convenient. The hotel is large. It never felt crowded (a big plus!).
The floors throughout the hotel are quite creaky, making it easy to hear people moving around.

The reception staff was polite and helpful, starting my stay positively. They were always available to answer questions and provide assistance (great customer service!).

comfortable bed efficient staff easy access
my standard double room was spacious I found the bed very comfortable the room included a good shower. the staff was available and efficient i appreciated their quick responses to requests. Free on-street parking near the hotel allowed easy car access. I found a pool table for entertainment and different areas for reading.
the elevator IS really small and requires taking stairs sometimes

The room included a double bed. A television was available. The bathroom had fresh towels. Breakfast had a selection of cereals (it was great!).
The hotel didn't have a mirror in the dressing table.

Fantastic stay, great location!
free upgrade soft towels
I received a room upgrade upon arrival. The staff member was friendly! The rooms were very clean and very tidy. the pillows felt comfy and the towels were wonderfully soft. My dad was very happy about the parking tickets, costing just under £5 for two days.

The hotel restaurant offers very good Italian pizza. The atmosphere is cozy! A 24-hour bar is available . It provides convenient access to beverages anytime. The bar had a limited selection, though the staff were very helpful.

The location is superb, right opposite the sea and close to local shops, pubs, and the town centre! It is practical for a short stay. A walk along the coast leads directly to the pier and town.

The rooms are clean. They have new carpets plus new decorations. The beds felt comfortable! Rooms feature lovely sea views, while others have great views of the Downs. Rooms are also tidy.

The staff is lovely and helpful. They provide friendly service. They were ready to assist day and night! I found that the staff couldn't be more helpful. was good, though it felt a little impersonal.
