superb seafront stay
cute staff excellent location comfortable room
i found the staff to be very cute and professional. the location was excellent , with free parking a definite bonus. my room was basic but clean , comfortable and everything worked as expected.
i noted that the bingo took place in the middle of the entertainment schedule , and perhaps it should have been scheduled for earlier in the evening.

the hotel's situation directly opposite the pier on the seafront was undeniably advantageous. i found the shopping centre to be conveniently accessible , about ten minutes away by foot. the ease of access to local attractions contributed significantly to my enjoyment.

great location friendly staff traditional style cold bedroom limited heating guest complaints
The location is great. It is near the pier and various restaurants. Staff were friendly. I found the traditional style had a certain grandeur (it suited the building).
The bedroom was very cold. It seemed the heating was only on for a couple of hours. Lots of guests complained (some received heaters).

The hotel faces the pier directly, that was very convenient. I was close to bus routes to Brighton and Hastings. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was warm upon arrival.
The lighting in some areas of the hotel could be BRIGHTER.

The breakfast service operated with a one hour window. Guests had to wait to be seated at the entrance, managed by the staff. The waiter Bernie was helpful .

The receptionist was very obliging upon my arrival. She explained all necessary information. I found all hotel staff to be polite. They answered all my questions .

Entertainment was available every evening, I saw this. The location provided direct access to the sea front and pier. The hotel is a beautiful victorian building, it has grandeur.

good value great location helpful staff free parking
value was good for what i got. the location is great i thought, close to the pier. staff was friendly and helpful too. free parking was a real plus for me, it made things easier.
the bed was small so sleep was not so great.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service!
convenient location helpful staff luggage storage
I found the location convenient. It is close to the pier and buses run to Brighton and Hastings (ideal for day trips!). Staff were helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, very convenient.
The decoration felt dated. There was also paint splattered on the window outside (this impacted the view a little).

The hotel provides entertainment every evening. The hotel is located on the seafront and is situated virtually opposite the pier (so everything is really close).

The staff members were friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for them. If I had questions, they were answered promptly and thoroughly. All the staff deserve credit for the service they give to guests.

The hotel's position is excellent (it's opposite the pier!). Buses stop virtually outside the hotel, going to Hastings in one direction and Brighton in the other. It's only a short walk to the Beacon Shopping Centre.
