fantastic central stay!

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they responded quickly to requests. the location is near marble arch, the tube station, hyde park, oxford street and edgware road. there is also a water hose in the bathroom.
The heater in the room was quite noisy. I had to increase the tv volume from 10 to 17 when it came on. the management said it was normal. dust had accumulated on top of the shower room doorframe.

The breakfast is really good and a la carte. There is a lot of variety and everything is freshly made with high quality. it is served at the table and is a very pleasant way to begin the day.

the staff was always available and very helpful with directions i had a smooth check-in process. i liked that my room included a small refrigerator i could use for my drinks. there was a water hose installed in the bathroom that i found useful.
the floors felt uneven in some parts of the room which was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent Stay Experience

I decided to treat my parents to a nice stay, and it became an amazing choice. We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite from a superior beautiful room. The beds were very comfortable! The festive Christmas atmosphere made the common areas cosy. Swetha and Niemal were especially wonderful. I will certainly recommend this hotel if I return.
I noticed a small detail, The shower in the room sometimes varied in temperature.
