poor quality strange smell
the hotel location allowed easy access to the sea it was convenient
breakfast was disappointing the quality seemed poor i seemed like i was at school dinners the coffee was so bad i bought it outside the hotel every day our room had a strange smell this was not a nice experience

insufficient air conditioning old equipment
The breakfast had a good choice of fruit, eggs, toast, croissants, and cereals. The hotel bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept on..
The gym was quite disappointing. It lacked proper maintenance. Several machines were out of order. The equipment seemed old and not well cared for. The air conditioning was also insufficient.

easy access fabulous garden mouldy berries long wait
the location offers easy access to the esplanade. THE garden area was fabulous. i found the staff amazing!
breakfast buffet at the red level lounge was poor. mouldy berries were present. it took a long time to order the coffees and when they arrived, they were average.

immaculate housekeeping great selection
the room was clean. housekeeping kept everything immaculate and supplied everything we could need (the little touches are great!). breakfast in the red level was lovely. they have a la carte if you wish and a buffet if you prefer to choose your own.
i would have liked a complimentary bottle of water on the bedside at night.
