Really lovely time!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day, I found that to be a great thing. The food was ok and it has a lot of choice. It was overall a fantastic stay at this hotel and I will be going back again.

The staff was cute and hardworking. The snack bar food was good, I did enjoy it a lot. My room was cleaned everyday, a good job was done. The animation team kept things fun, the foam party was brillant.
The hotel needs serious updating, dirty reception furnature was present with a strange drainage smell.

mixed feelings about my stay
long queuesdirty plates
the restaurant was a mess. it felt chaotic during meal times. i had to wait in long queues and dirty plates piled up on tables. the food quality wasn't great, i've had better at other places. also, the walkways needed cleaning. they weren't cleaned for weeks .

Great hotel with fun entertainment!
good animationfull energycaring staff
The hotel has good animation team. They are full of energy and smile. I loved that they cared about all the guests. I specially thank Saray, Alexis, and Celia.
Sometimes it was very hard to get sun loungers because many people put their towel early to reserve them.

The reception staffs were very fast and nice. The room service was very good. they kept clean towels. The bar staff also gave good and efficient service at all times.

The snack hut food was excellent, I thought it had much better quality than the main restaurant. The all inclusive is very good and have loads of choices, including special drinks.

This is a short trip from the airport and is great because it is opposite the beach. You can walk to the main area. Taxis are also available for those who don't want to walk.

the food was good. my room, 2406, was clean and provided nice views. the hotel offers daily entertainment with a very good entertainment team. i appreciated the variety of activities available. this hotel offers immediate access to the beach, something that i value, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel location nears the beach. My room was big and very well looked after. I find a rainfall shower and separate sinks in the bathroom.
