good breakfast open bar loud door extra charge
i stayed in a level room. the breakfast in the level lounge was very good and staff replenished everything quickly. there were unlimited soft drinks and wine. an open bar in the evening.
The doors were really loud. It was hard to shut or open them. i could constantly hear people going in and out at night! also, i had to pay extra for drinks at dinner.

missing weights warm air
The gym facilities were substandard. There were missing weights and the equipment felt old. the air conditioning in the gym was not working. It was uncomfortably warm. i expected better for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

A Stay with Some Issues
breakfast area hotel location insect incident celiac food
The breakfast area was comprehensive. It included everything one could want. The hotel location suited my plans.
I found two incidents with insects and reported them to the staff. They took note but did not react. The food in the lounge was not suited for a person with Celiac.

a few things need work
loud door rooftop pool
The location was quite good. It was right across from the beach.
The doors were loud and hard to shut. i could constantly hear people going in and out at night. the rooftop pool was packed, and many people weren't hotel guests. one group just strolled in, stripped to their shorts, and jumped in, drinking heavily. The lifeguard didn't seem to care!!!
