helpful information good selection
Ana at reception was lovely. she assisted us with various questions and offered helpful information! the food selection was very good too, with a wide range of choices. We were honestly delighted with the standards.
The room lacked tea or coffee facilities. there was also no light on the balcony. That was not great. the ongoing building work in the next hotel created noise during the day. it did interrupt what would have been a more peaceful stay though.

comfortable bedding amazing spa great location
the room was clean, with comfortable bedding. the spa was amazing and surprisingly affordable. the location is close to the beach, several pools, and restaurants.
i noticed a little water damage on the roof. the shower also allowed a lot of water onto the floor because the door needed repair.

a garden of dreams
private terrace comfortable temperature
the room was lovely, especially the private terrace it offered a great space to relax. i found the air conditioning worked really well and ensured a comfortable temperature, so refreshing during the warm days.
The music from the bar area was quite loud. It was hard to fall asleep early. this was not ideal given the need for quiet rest, though the location was perfect!

The breakfast selection was good, and it included a variety of options to suit different tastes. i found the egg chef particularly nice and patient, even during the busiest times. He was a wonderful addition to the breakfast service.

mixed experience with some shortcomings
dated room limited food
the room i had seemed quite dated it did not fully meet expectations for the price i paid the bathroom fixtures looked worn the shower head sprayed unevenly maintenance issues was present. also the food variety at dinner felt limited especially for a longer stay. i noticed repetitive dishes and a lack of diverse options it.

bad odour lack of tea
I was disappointed with a couple of things. There was a bad odour from the bathroom at night. This was unpleasant. The absence of tea and coffee in the room was also a letdown. I really missed having a morning coffee on my balcony.
