I found the location very convenient, close to many attractions. the staff was helpful, assisting with directions. the rooms were clean and well-kept. I appreciated that.

The walls seemed thin. Noise from adjacent rooms was sometimes audible. i suggest improvements to soundproofing for greater comfort.

i appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist! the location was quite convenient, close to the metro station, only about a 3-5 minute walk. it made getting around the area pretty easy.

the air conditioning did not work , and my requests to have it fixed weren't addressed. also, the room cleanliness was not up to par, a bit disappointing.
