i thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's proximity to various amenities. i found it easy to reach downtown via bus in about 25 minutes. supermarkets are nearby, as is the seaside.
the air conditioning emitted warm air. even when turned off, the room temperature remained at 26 degrees. this resulted in restless nights, and despite repeated requests, no action occurred.

mixed feelings about my stay
practical breakfastunfriendly staffmold in bathroom
the breakfast was practical and had many options.
the staff wasn't very friendly at all. the room felt poorly organized and crowded for three people. there was no mini-bar and no coffee, even with a hot water machine. i also noticed mold in the bathroom, quite disappointing.

The room was clean. the rooftop pool was okay. the location is very convenient. It is near bus stops and the metro line. the hotel offered a free transfer from the airport. It was a very pleasant welcome.
The pillows were the worst i had in any hotel. They were this elongated tube-like shape and did not offer the right kind of support for me.
