The location was fine. Easy access to places. the staff was helpful at reception.
The room reeked of stale smoke. the air freshener did nothing to mask it, it only created a cloying mix. i found cigarette butts on the balcony. So disgusting.

the location was ideal. it helped me explore the area. the metro station was very close. the staff were nice and helpful . they gave me directions.
the room had some issues. the electronic door lock did not always work. the wifi was slow at times. this made it hard to plan my days.

The room featured soundproof windows, minimizing street noise. I stored luggage upon early arrival, which allowed exploring without bags. The location was very central. The reception service was amazing. I felt very welcome.
The clothes rack in my room was quite fragile, I found.
