great location helpful staff clean room dark bathroom unreliable flush inconvenient towel

the staff provided an eu socket adapter when i forgot mine. the location was great near a metro stop. the room was clean and quite spacious .

The towel hooks were inside the shower. The towels would get wet. the bathroom was quite dark. the toilet flush was not reliable. I needed to flush it multiple times.

The location was great, peaceful, and close to a metro station with two lines. The staff were kind and my room was always well cleaned. I found the service to leave my bags on the first and last day very helpful.

My room had NO wardrobe or drawers, this was inconvenient. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities available. I noticed the piece of wood attached to the wall behind my bed was dirty.

good location short walk shopping center dirty room wet towels unresponsive reception

the location was good, it was close to many things. the metro was just a short walk away. there is a shopping center located very close it had restaurants.

the room wasn't cleaned properly, they did not replace wet towels. i found only one bath towel for two of us and we had to share it. the reception didnt answer the phone to help when i called.
