excellent experience at a great location
cozy room design amazing rooftop view attentive staff
the rooms design was cozy, (it really makes you feel at home). the rooftop view is amazing and i think all the details are aesthetically pleasing (even the striped beach towels matched with the overall design). the staff at the restaurant was attentive during breakfast.

some issues overshadowed the stay
slow room service forgotten items
the location was acceptable, placing us near several restaurants.
our room was not ready when we arrived. the staff seemed more interested in selling overpriced tours. the room service was slow, and items were often forgotten from our order. this created a frustrating experience

Lovely Stay!
hardwood floor multiple nozzles rooftop pool
This hotel was the best part of my whole trip. I loved the glamorous room with hardwood floors and high ceilings. A large walk-in shower featured multiple nozzles.. bliss. The rooftop pool became my favorite hangout. The heat of sightseeing faded as I floated in the refreshing water and sipped a poolside drink.
I experienced a hiccup upon arrival. My room wasn't ready for several hours. I received no complimentary refreshments. This situation was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect experience.

Amazing Stay! Central Location is a Dream!
helpful staff relaxing pool
The staff was really helpful. They responded well to feedback. I loved how Quentin were great! The terrace pool area is lovely. It's such a relaxing place to chill. The breakfast was also a great way to kick off the day. There was a great variety!
Our room took what seemed like forever to get ready. I wish they had offered us some free drinks, but we were told to just go to the rooftop bar instead. We had to check on the room ourselves, and the suitcases were left for us. It was up to us to take them to the room.
