This hotel was the best part of my whole trip. I loved the glamorous room with hardwood floors and high ceilings. A large walk-in shower featured multiple nozzles.. bliss. The rooftop pool became my favorite hangout. The heat of sightseeing faded as I floated in the refreshing water and sipped a poolside drink.
I experienced a hiccup upon arrival. My room wasn't ready for several hours. I received no complimentary refreshments. This situation was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect experience.

our room supposedly had soundproofing, though the street noise was ridiculous. doors slamming all night didn't help either. the breakfast was not great, eggs were cold every morning and the fruit selection was limited.

The staff was really helpful. They responded well to feedback. I loved how Quentin were pretty good! The terrace pool area is lovely. It's such a relaxing place to chill. The breakfast was also a great way to kick off the day. There was a great variety!
Our room took what was like forever to get ready. I wish they had offered us some free drinks, but we were told to just go to the rooftop bar instead. We had to check on the room ourselves, and the suitcases were left for us. It was up to us to take them to the room.
