an awesome stay!
amazing location modern feel wooden door helpful staff
I was so excited! the location is amazing. It is walking distance to tourist spots, shops and restaurants! the room was surprisingly large, and it had a very modern feel. the wooden doors for the floor-to-ceiling windows are a nice touch. I got total darkness,. the staff were really helpful and kind!
The rooftop bar was never open! i was bummed. There were only a few lounge beds, and the pool is small.

I saw many breakfast options available. i noticed fresh items. Pancakes and omelets could be cooked to order. That is so fab! the restaurant has an all-day menu. I found it inspiring.

The staffing is really friendly. they were so cute! the staff were really good too accommodate every need. The recommendations enhanced my visit. their professionalism and kindness were apparent in every interaction.

My room was excellent. it had some lovely little touches. Nice coffee, chocolates, and fruit were a surprise! my room was spacious. it featured comfortable, beautiful furniture! the room cleaning was excellent.

helpful staff accessible location clean room convenient parking
the staff was helpful and very friendly . the location allowed easy access to many areas.. i walked to several attractions with no issues. the room was quiet and very clean too. i found the hotel provided convenient parking.
i noticed a slight delay in responses to some requests i made.

i ate at the hotel twice and found the menu to have good options. the breakfast offered fresh choices with pancakes and omelets cooked to order. the quality of ingredients was obvious in every dish.

the hotel provides a parking space arriving by car. there is a pool available on the roof for relaxation and swimming. in-room amenities included tea and coffee facilities, which i greatly valued.

this hotel benefits from its proximity to key attractions. it is near many shopping areas and restaurants.. it also provides quick access to main avenues. i walked to various sightseeing locations from the hotel.

undercooked eggs tasteless fried rice
the staff made me a waffle cake with a candle for my birthday. it was a nice touch.
I was quite frustrated with the breakfast. some menu items were undercooked, such as eggs benedict. They were cold. the banana crepe was charred and covered in syrup.. fried rice seemed an odd choice, moreover it was hard and tasteless.

The location worked good. It was easy to reach different places. The breakfast buffet had lots of option. I think, the staff were polite and attendive. The room had a nespresso machine for coffee, I enjoy it.
The television was not a smart TV. I could not stream anything from my devices. The hallways smelled strongly of cologne, it was too much for me. The rooftop bar was closed all the time, it's disappointing.

convenient location friendly staff attentive staff disappointing breakfast unpleasant odour inadequate temperature
the location suited my needs. it was near the passeig de gracia station. the staff was attentive. they surprised me with a bottle of cava for my birthday.
i thought the breakfast was disappointing. some items were undercooked , such as eggs benedict. our room had an unpleasant toilet odour and it was barely warm enough.
