The location was excellent. It was close to many restaurants, cafes, and the metro. The breakfast had good quality and AMAZING variety. The staff were REALLY friendly and helpful.
I could hear my neighbors behind the wall in the room. The bed felt small. The furniture seemed cheap and tired.

The room felt smaller than expected. Honestly, it felt cramped, and moving around with luggage was a challenge. The soundproofing was nonexistent. I heard hallway conversations and noise from adjacent rooms way too easily. It affected my sleep quality quite a bit!!!

the breakfast was acceptable with some varieties available.
The sound insulation was terrible. i could hear noises from the rooms next to mine and the hallways. It was quite disruptive, especially late at night. sleep quality suffered because of it.

The reception team was helpful and friendly.
The pool and hot tub were a major letdown. They did not look anything like the pictures shown online. The pool is not very big, only one meter deep. The hot tub also was not very clean, to my disappointment..

Location is great with easy access to bus routes and several restaurants you know. the reception team was helpful plus friendly also the cleaning staff kept my room super clean so i am happy. breakfast was amazing and the staff was also very friendly, like the best staff ever. the location was super central. Staff were cute and pleasant too. rooms feel comfortable.
the room felt a bit small, and it seemed to be the lowest end for a four star, a bummer.
