malfunctioning key card limited sunbeds
the location was acceptable, near a metro station.
I encountered issues with the room key. It failed multiple times. the pool area was also quite small. there were only four sunbeds for a hotel with eight floors.

Acceptable Location , but Some Issues
small room no closet
The location was convenient with metro access across the street.
The room was unbelievably small. There was no real closet nor place to put suitcases. The door to the terrace couldn't be fully opened because it would hit the bed.

excellent location public transport clean room daily stocking helpful staff dinner places inconsistent temperature shower small pool my expectations missing kettle tea making
the hotel is in a great location for using public transport. i took the metro often and it was very close. the room was clean and they stocked it daily. the staff offered good suggestions for places for dinner.
the shower had issues. i found it difficult to get a consistent temperature. the pool was small and it wasn't what i expected. my room lacked a kettle, so i couldn't make tea in my room.

an adequate stay
polite staff lovely breakfast small room glass door
I found the staff very courteous. the hotel location seemed good. It was very walkable. i also found the breakfast lovely. The staff was so nice.
the room felt quite small. the sink seemed to be in the room, not the bathroom. the wc had a glass door facing the bed, something i didn't like. this setup was unusual.

quick service blackout curtains orange juice
The staff at the front desk provided quick service. my room included blackout curtains that blocked light completely. i found a wide selection of pastries at the breakfast buffet. It also featured fresh orange juice.
the gym is small.

some issues
unstable internet shower temperature
the shower temperature fluctuated wildly. it went from scalding hot to freezing cold. the internet was also unreliable, i had difficulty staying connected.
