I found the hotel very clean. Staff offered prompt and helpful service at all times. The location proved IDEAL, with easy access to many attractions. The metro station nearby simplified travel around the area.
The lighting in the room was a bit too bright, especially the spotlights, difficult to relax at times.

the hotel has a fantastic location only a short walk to major attractions. the metro station is close offering easy access to the entire city. i especially liked the lockers for suitcases after checkout providing a hassle-free experience. the modern design throughout the hotel creates a cute and pleasant atmosphere.

The room was small and not well designed. The lighting was uncomfortable. walls seemed very thin, i could hear everything. when i watched tv, the next room threatened to call the police. the night manager was also quite rude and unprofessional, made things worse.

I found the location quite central, near the airport bus stop. The provided room upgrade included a nice, quiet terrace. The bed ensured comfort each night I rested there. The short walk to the port suited well for my cruise departure.
The AC seemed to have a schedule. It shut off at certain hours. A fan solved the problem, though.

The hotel's location was excellent. I walked to many attractions. The staff were helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I found the rooms super clean. Even the towels and sheets were clean.
