fantastic and clean!

helpful staff clean hotel cheese selection

i stayed for six nights. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was clean. breakfast offered a great selection of cheeses and meats (i loved the brie!).

the rooftop pool was not heated, so i couldn't swim even though it looked very inviting.

fresh produce friendly staff good room size unheated pool limited view shower drain

the breakfast had lovely fresh things and a good selection. the room was a good size i think, and it was well appointed. the staff, they were very friendly and so helpful.

the pool i think wasnt heated and the roof terrace was a bit disappointing. it didnt really have any view. the shower drain didnt work proper neither and we had a leakage in the bathroom, above the sink i think.

amazing bed tasty breakfast convenient location

I found the breakfast to be simple, yet tasty. The room and bed comfort were amazing.. and I was very impressed with the range of nearby restaurants. A large mall and supermarket were also conveniently close by. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated next to the metro.

The air conditioner in my room was not working properly. I informed the reception several times, but unfortunately, it was not fixed .

I found the staff to be kind and helpful, they were always available. The room had a lovely design, it felt both modern and clean. The rooftop swimming pool area had great spots for relaxation. I also appreciated the convenience of having a handy tapas restaurant just across the road.

The bread served at breakfast was somewhat stale . (Still had a great variety of other options though!)

the lobby design presented a very modern aesthetic. i found the breakfast selection extensive and the products were fresh.. specifically, i enjoyed the varied fruit options.

great location subway station air conditioning bad smell

the hotel location was great. the subway station was very close. there was shopping and restaurants across the street.

the air conditioning didnt work. i was told there was government restrictions. there was also a bad smell in the lobby.
