the air conditioning was a real problem. it barely worked and the room felt stuffy. i couldn't get a comfortable night's sleep.

the hotel is located close to public transport stops. all staff members were pleasant and helpful. housekeeping kept the room very clean. i found nothing was too much trouble for them.
i found the nespresso instant coffee disappointing. we only had two small bottles of water for two people. i could clearly hear people talking in the corridor.

the location near the metro was beneficial. the room had modern amenities. i appreciated the staff's helpful suggestions and directions. the breakfast was excellent with various options.
The noise cancellation was poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the corridor. this made it difficult to relax in my room. the small bottles of water were inadequate for a two-person stay.

Acceptable Stay, But Some Issues

The location was good for accessing the city center.
The room smelled strongly of moisture and I found mold in the bathroom. This was unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed rating. The staff did not offer a satisfactory solution when I requested a room change.

Great Central Hotel Stay

The room was a good size.. I especially liked the little private patio. It was nice. It was easy to access the city as the hotel is only a few blocks from the subway. I found the staff friendly and helpful . Being a smaller hotel, the staff got to know their guests.
I had some difficulty controlling the air conditioning unit within the room, but ultimately it still kept the room at a cool temperature.

Really good Stay, Central Location and Great Service

The location is excellent near airport bus stops and metro stations. Check-in was smooth. Noelia was lovely. The room decor was great and very clean. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It offered many options to suit every taste.
During the winter months, the central control system only provides heating, I found the room overheated. The only way to cool it down was to open the window. I didn't feel safe leaving the window open while sleeping. Closing it made the room hotter.
