I stayed in a superior triple room, and it was spacious, even with extra luggage. the staff was helpful, especially with directions. They knew the area well. plus, there was a coffee machine in the lobby and i got complimentary muffins everyday!

I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. Rooms were super clean. The hotel location is on a pretty quiet street.

The WiFi wasn't working , and I couldn't use it. I asked about it twice , but nothing changed. The soap had a poor quality , and it was hard to be washed off. The hairdryer only worked for 20 seconds , then paused.

The room was very clean. it had good lighting and sufficient power plugs (conveniently located, i must say!). the gym was a bonus, it had wipes to sanitize the equipment. That's a plus for hygiene. the hotel staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations. they even helped me find a great little tapas place nearby (it was amazing!).

The bed made a slight creaking sound. Not a huge issue, but noticeable.

the location were good. key public transport was close. it had a modern atmosphere.

the room smelled so bad. the wifi did not work at all. the hairdryer would work for 20 seconds, then it stopped for a minute. this made getting ready difficult.
