the hotel's location was pretty convenient.
The room i had was smaller than expected. There was hardly any space to move around. the air conditioning barely worked, just blowing warm air into the room, I was forced to open the window. the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night, I EXPECTED better.

The hotel's location near the bus station was convenient. The staff were supportive.
The room was quite small, i felt disappointed. The air conditioning didn't work properly, it only blew warm or hot air. I had to open the window to cool down the room. I think, for the price, i expected more.

the hotel was close to a metro station and a supermarket was nearby. this made getting around and grabbing essentials easy. the staff seemed polite and helpful, i appreciated the welcome drinks offered on arrival.
The air conditioning didn't maintain a constant temperature, this was inconvenient. the hot water took a long time to come through and then it would increase in temperature. I was constantly adjusting it. the bathroom facilities required maintenance. The sink was cracked, and the toilet didn't flush properly.

i ate an excellent meal in the restaurant, and breakfast was included. they arranged the taxi to the airport for me , a very helpful service. the bed featured plugs on each side.
i noticed a slight issue with the water , it wasn't always consistent, though everything else was great.
