the reception staff was excellent and helpful. complimentary water was available, where i could choose the temperature i wanted.
The bathroom had little light, not convenient. bad sound isolation was noticeable. I could hear every sound from people staying on the same floor.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The lounge had a good garden on the first floor. I appreciated the offer of free pastries for breakfast. The shower was AMAZING. I enjoyed the water pressure and the spaciousness SO much!

The staff was kind and polite. The value for money was GOOD. Everything was perfect for the price.
The room felt small. I felt I couldn't move PROPERLY. There was no wardrobe and I stayed there five nights, so I had to keep my clothes in my luggage.

The room was clean , and the shower had good power and hot water. Coffee was available in the lounge each morning. Roses flooded the entrance on Saint Jordi , AND I got a rose on my bed , A NICE surprise.
The building is VERY old. The hotel offers only complimentary muffins and coffee in the mornings , BUT the muffins are gone quickly. The hotel has serious infrastructure issues because it is old.
