The air conditioning in my Premium Double Room barely functioned. I reported it, yet the temperature remained uncomfortably warm throughout my entire stay. The minibar was also inadequately stocked. It contained only a few beverages, which I found quite inconvenient.

I stayed four nights and found the hotel to be immaculate. The cable cart stops right at the hotelwith easy beach access. The public gardens are next to the hotel. I visited those and found them worth seeing. Staff were helpful. Their service was notable.

the room featured a balcony that offered a nice view of the port area the double bed was firm i found two comfortable armchairs in the seating area the bathroom had dual sinks this was very convenient i had ample space for toiletries. the staff were always attentive to my needs especially during breakfast i got prompt assistance with luggage storage.
i noticed some minor wear on the hallway carpets near the elevators it was purely aesthetic though and didn't affect my stay at all

They organized an very nice evening that included pickup, dinner, show tickets, and sophisticated recommendations. staff members were consistently friendly and helpful . the hotel boasts a great view from both the rooms and the outside terrace. i would gladly choose to stay here again.
The parking fees seemed high. I thought 30 euros per day was a bit much, though the location was perfect!
