queen bed breakfast choice fresh pastry
check in was easy and fast. the room had a queen size bed and sofa. the breakfast had a lot of different choices and the pastry was fresh.
the elevators was old and shook a bit when i used them.

A reasonable stay
fresh products hot dishes pleasant environment tiny rooms poor soundproofing slamming doors
I enjoyed the breakfast. It had fresh products, including croissants. They also had hot dishes, such as omelets. The environment was clean and pleasant. The hotel is located near a walking area with cafes.
The rooms were tiny. This was a disadvantage. I heard my neighbors in the next room. I could hear sounds from the hallway, including doors SLAMMING.

breakfast buffet easy access nearby restaurants
The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had a huge variety, so everyone could find something they liked. The hotel is VERY close to the Llacuna Metro station. Made it easy to get to major sites. We found many restaurants and eateries right next to the Rambla del Poblenou.
The room felt a little small. There wasn't a lot of space for all our luggage.

a very positive experience
functional room lovely staff helpful information
i had a room for my family of four. the room was clean and functional. the staff were lovely and gave very helpful information. breakfast was very good and sustained us well into the afternoon.
the cooling system did not perform adequately. even with the ac activated, the air felt hot. i also noticed a door connecting to adjacent rooms lacked adequate sound insulation.

charmed with my stay
early check-in breakfast selection
the guest services staff was topnotch. they understood my long flight and let me check in early. the free breakfast included many selections and great food. staff also stored my luggage after i checked out so i could explore the area freely.
i found that the doors had wide gaps. this allowed noise from guests outside and next door to easily enter with loud music playing.

Fantastic stay!
bright room clean room useful safe ample lighting
The room was bright and very clean. A kettle, safe, and mini empty fridge were useful additions to the room (very practical). The shower was GREAT. I found Dove soap dispensers and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Ample lighting was also available.
The breakfast menu was ALWAYS the same.

Breakfast offered a selection broader than expected. To-go cups for coffee WERE provided. The breakfast buffet had more options. Be sure to arrive a little earlier for the full experience.

The hotel is very well located near restaurants and the subway. A shopping mall is close to the hotel, providing easy access to various retail options. It's also a 15-minute walk to the beach. I loved it!

The staff members were helpful. Susana and Laura were really good (thanks, ladies!). The administrator and the entire staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely return.
