The staff was very helpful in calling taxis when needed. The front desk operates 24 hours, helpful if you need anything. The location made it easy to walk to nearby areas such as Born and Barceloneta. I found a metro station right outside the front door.
I found no working safe in my room. It was quite inconvenient. I had to carry my valuables with me at all times.

I felt secure on the premises, despite a large protest nearby. I appreciated the option to extend my stay by an extra night, demonstrating flexibility. The staff was very kind and ready to assist with any questions or requests (very responsive people). I also enjoyed the availability of breakfast and complimentary apples each day.
My allocated room featured only a ceiling window, differing from the original listing. This design. I think there could be improvements in this aspect.

The location was convenient. A metro station was right in front of the hotel. getting around was super easy. the staff provided directions, and i found helpful suggestions about the city. the room had excellent soundproofing. There was minimal street noise when doors were closed.
the air conditioning wasn't working, made the room warm at night.
