clean facility rooftop pool breakfast selection
i found the hotel very clean with good facilities. the rooftop pool and bar were a good surprise. we enjoyed the breakfast.. especially the wide selection available each morning.
the room had limited natural light, feel a bit smaller.

i found the staff to be helpful . they promptly addressed a minor issue i had with the room. the breakfast offered a decent spread, with fresh fruit and pastries available. i also made use of the nearby shopping center for some quick errands.

underwhelming stay with issues
unfilled water immediate payment
the hotel had issues. housekeeping didnt replace bottled water after the first day. reception didn't answer our call, so my husband had to go downstairs himself to ask for water. they said the water wasn't complimentary and insisted on immediate payment, a real inconvenience.
