the staff was helpful. the room was clean. my stay was calm. i really appreciate the consideration to change the room type to a twin bed room once it became available before my stay.

i liked the rooftop pool. pool towels are easy available for use. i found pingpong and tablesoccer for fun play. several nice restaurants nearby offers good dining alternatives.

i find the air conditioning a little bit noisy at night during its usage.

The room was small, a bit disappointing. the bathroom door was tough to close properly. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. The room felt stuffy. it was frustrating since i expected better for the price i paid.

Check-in was fast. The rooftop pool had big towels available. It was good the hotel let me use the pool after checkout.

I asked for early check in months before but I still waited hours. Nobody told me my room was ready until I asked again. Housekeeping did not clean my room the first day. They just made up the bed.

great selection perfect temperature friendly staff

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The room was super comfy and a perfect temperature for rest (I slept like a baby). The staff were all super friendly, especially Justine in the bar by the pool.

The front desk seemed indifferent to my presence.
