my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower! The breakfast had multiple options including fresh fruit and pastries.

i enjoyed the staff they were friendly and helpful. the location is great, a short walk to many attractions. the pool area had a great vibe. the hotel kept my room very clean!
the mini bar prices are a bit expensive, so i used the shop across the street.

the location WAS beautiful. Access to the beach was a plus.
i found UNAUTHORIZED minibar charges on my bill after checkout. the manager never responded to my emails or calls. i had to involve my lawyer.

helpful staff clean hotel comfortable loungers
the staff was always available and ready to help. i found the hotel to be very clean . the loungers by the pool offered a comfortable place for relaxation and sunbathing after visiting the beach nearby..
the hotel shower design caused the bathroom floor to flood, an inconvenience.

The hotel is near the beach. Steps lead directly down from the pool area. the location is relatively quiet and allows easy access to both peaceful area and busier areas. it is convenient for moving in and out of the more active parts of the island.

the room was spacious and clean. specific amenities like a kettle and hairdryer are available upon request. the rooms are well kept, and the bedding met expectations with no issues noticed .

the hotel breakfast offered good value for the money and a satisfactory range of options. the sky bar had lovely food. i especially enjoyed trying the mojito made by alonso, it was great.

The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided which was nice. I appreciated the staff. They were helpful. The location was also great for getting around.
The pool got a bit crowded some days.

clean room helpful information superb staff
The room was spacious, clean, and perfect. alex checked us in and gave us a plethora of information. jorge was equally helpful. He made sure all of our needs were taken care of without hesitation. the breakfast was equally magnificent.
the minibar prices seemed a bit excessive.
