The location was really nice, right on the beach front in a central area! staff were so friendly. the rooms were cleaned every day. They provided a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, and sugar.
The bed blanket had some stains. I was bitten by bugs all over my legs.

The gym was a big letdown many machines were broken for a long time but still in the room. It was dirty in the gym. It would be better to remove all the broken machines and just have dumbbells and the machines that actually work I think

breakfast was a joy, with a good assortment of foods that always satisfied me. The hotel location is PRIME, steps from the beach that allowed for spontaneous seaside strolls. Rooftop terrace becomes my favourite retreat, it delivered panoramic views and serenity.
the gym equipment could have been MORE updated, but it never really disrupted my visit.

I found the complimentary pool towels very convenient. They can be swapped daily. The free breakfast was good, with a plentiful selection of food. I liked my spacious room with a balcony. It had a lovely view.
I found that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. It struggled to cool the room down effectively.

The staff was helpful. The hotel location is very good because the beach is across the road. The bus stop to Palma and Magaluf was right outside the hotel. There were a lot of restaurants nearby.
Our room's air conditioning did not work correctly. The temperature in the room was too high at night making sleep difficult. The beds weren't super comfy. I mentioned this to reception.
