central location friendly staff
The location was really nice, right on the beach front in a central area! staff were so friendly. the rooms were cleaned every day. They provided a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, and sugar.
The bed blanket had some stains. I was bitten by bugs all over my legs.

the hotel's location across from the beach was convenient. i found the food to be varied . the staff addressed the maintenance issues i reported promptly.
the tv lacked many english speaking programs. i found the gym facilities to be limited. the pool area could benefit from additional shade.

dirty gym broken machines
The gym was a big letdown many machines were broken for a long time but still in the room. It was dirty in the gym. It would be better to remove all the broken machines and just have dumbbells and the machines that actually work I think

i stayed here four nights. the room had air conditioning. a mini fridge kept my drinks cold. towels were provided. i appreciated the kettle for making tea in my Room Double Room Sea View. the sea view from the balcony, WOW! it really WAS special, the clear blue water IS something else.

the hotel features a small pool area with a sun deck above itwith a quieter space. jacuzzis were available, though they looked underutilized and in need of better upkeep. the beach across the street makes things easy.

the reception staff was generally helpful, specifically with directions and local tips. the dining room staff worked diligently, though they were sometimes challenged during peak meal times. assistance with luggage storage was readily available and efficient, SUPER helpful.

a heavenly stay by the sea
beachfront location breakfast assortment rooftop retreat
breakfast was a joy, with a good assortment of foods that always satisfied me. The hotel location is PRIME, steps from the beach that allowed for spontaneous seaside strolls. Rooftop terrace becomes my favourite retreat, it delivered panoramic views and serenity.
the gym equipment could have been MORE updated, but it never really disrupted my visit.

The service I experienced was notably attentive. Staff members were always ready to assist with requests. Restaurant service always felt prompt, the staff ensured drinks were refilled and plates cleared efficiently. Reception staff offered immediate support, such as printing documents.

I found the complimentary pool towels very convenient. They can be swapped daily. The free breakfast was good, with a plentiful selection of food. I liked my spacious room with a balcony. It had a lovely view.
I found that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. It struggled to cool the room down effectively.

The receptionists looked like they enjoyed their jobs, they were very friendly! I appreciated how quickly maintenance issues were addressed after I reported them. The staff acted immediately.

A reasonable place
helpful staff great location faulty air conditioning uncomfortable bed
The staff was helpful. The hotel location is very good because the beach is across the road. The bus stop to Palma and Magaluf was right outside the hotel. There were a lot of restaurants nearby.
Our room's air conditioning did not work correctly. The temperature in the room was too high at night making sleep difficult. The beds weren't super comfy. I mentioned this to reception.
