professional receptionist bay views bike rental
Andrea at reception was really professional. She met all queries with a smile. the rooftop pool was beautiful with fantastic views over the bay. i appreciated being able to rent bikes from the hotel!
The hallways to rooms felt too narrow. Wheeling a suitcase was a bit tight

good variety great pressure
i adored the breakfast. the staff presented a good variety of food including both savoury and sweet options for all tastes. i appreciated the water pressure in the bathroom too, it was superb!
the room was a little bit small. it was still functional, but a tiny bit more space would've been nice.

the hotel was clean. the breakfast was a good choice. the staff was friendly. two pools are available. the rooftop terrase is good.
the female receptionist on arrival was rude and abrupt i think. she spoke openly about us with colleague. that's not nice.
