spacious room comfortable bedding separate sinks
the king suite balcony square view room was spacious. it had high ceilings and comfortable bedding. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
the rooftop pool was rather small.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
empty minibar street noise
The room lacked some expected amenities. Basic toiletries were missing. The minibar was empty upon arrival, this was quite inconvenient. I found the service inconsistent. The noise from the street was noticeable at night, disturbing my sleep. It was quite frustrating.

helpful staff shipping arrangement really good service front desk
The front desk staff was very helpful. Facundo assisted us with retrieving a lost item from a previous location. He arranged shipping successfully. The team provided really good service .
The rooftop bar was only partially open. Guests had to retrieve drinks from the downstairs bar.

minor inconveniences during stay
breakfast room strange basement
the breakfast was not great. i found that i had to set my own table (i have never seen that before). the breakfast room, in the basement, seemed like a crypt (it was very strange).

mediocre Stay Near Main Square
poor bar service broken air conditioner
The location was actually pretty good. It was really central to everything.
the a/c barely worked, even after maintenance tried to fix IT. the bar service was terrible and reminded me of i HAD to do everything myself. i WAITED ages for a simple drink, and staff just weren't around when you needed them.
