The hotel boasts an excellent location near many attractions. I really liked the efficient and helpful staff. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured a very wide range of food options. The walk in shower was great.
The room had only one coffee. This was inconvenient. More coffee should be available.

the location was super! it is a quiet neighborhood, but it is minutes away from the port. the reception staff were especially helpful. they offered great suggestions on local gifts. they even advised us on how to get to the cruise port.
I think the hotel needs a lot of improvements. Starting with the wifi speed. the water pressure in the shower also needs attention. the gym size should be larger too.

the hotel is near the city center with the beach, the columbus monument, and la rambla just a short walk away. the metro and bus are also conveniently within walking distance at only three minutes away.

the staff was very attentive and accommodating, especially cristina and noelia when we were checking in. they did manage to have one room of the three ready so that we could freshen up. they also stored our luggage.

we had a room with three beds, very comfortable. the shower was amazing, and it was nice to have a little pool to sit in after a long day walking in the heat. the room was clean.

the location was really convenient! it was near the gothic quarter and el born. yahaira did a super job keeping our room clean, it felt so tidy. the staff was friendly and always greeted us warmly when we arrived back at the hotel.
the breakfast was not good! it was mostly sweet items, so not very balanced. we went at 9:30 a.m. and most of the food was already gone. they said they would not refill because it was almost closing time, disappointing since we paid for it.

The shower area seemed worn and unclean. I found that disappointing. only one coffee capsule was available in the room. this felt insufficient for a double occupancy room. A second capsule would have been a nice touch.

the staff was attentive AND accommodating. cristina and noelia checked us in. they managed to have one room ready early so we could freshen up. we stored luggage until the others were ready.
