i found the location convenient. it was near the cathedral and many restaurants. the nearby grocery store was a great resource for snacks and drinks. the staff at the front desk was particularly helpful with directions.
the walls seemed rather thin, so i could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

i was glad to find a clean and spacious room. the location was excellent with easy access to city attractions. the staff was friendly. i appreciated the comfortable bed.
the room faced an inner courtyard, so natural light was minimal, something i wish could have been improved.

The location was convenient to various shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and efficient. They provided quick service. i appreciated the cleanliness of my double or twin room. it had fresh linens and towels daily. I was very grateful.
the elevator was quite small. it made moving luggage difficult. the room seemed dated. it could use some updating and the bathroom lacked ventilation which was an issue after showering.

The location was quite CENTRAL in the city. The breakfast was basic but good enough, a solid way to start the day. Staff, especially Luis at reception, showed attentive care and overall helpfulness, I appreciated that.
The room i stayed in did not resemble the pictures online. There was one smaller window overlooking residential apartments. The air conditioning did not work. It seemed to be switched to heating, and the room became too hot to sleep in.

My room was spacious. It was super clean. The location is honestly THE BEST (it's near many attractions).
The staff was unreceptive when I tried to discuss a charge. I was charged for breakfast when I never booked breakfast with my stay. The water overflowed every time I used the tub and shower. The walls are VERY thin. I could hear a conversation from the other room.

awful view terrible condensation
The location was clean and tidy.
I arrived at 10 AM only to find out check-in was scheduled for 2 PM with a promise of a very good room. I returned at 2:45 PM however the good room wasn't ready. I was exhausted after being awake for 30 hours so I took another room and the receptionist admitted it had a poor view. The view from the room was awful and the room was not very light. The bathroom had terrible condensation and I had to wipe it from the hairdryer before using it.
