The room had a super kingsize bed. It felt comfortable. the bathroom provided rituals shower gel and shampoo which smelled lovely.
the wi-fi was practically unusable, making it hard to plan the next day.

fantastic stay near the ramblas!
superb locationfriendly staffquiet hotel
i really enjoyed the hotel's superb location close to las ramblas. i appreciated the friendly and cute staff (they were always ready to help!). our room was upgraded and it had a large outdoor terrace, a great surprise. the hotel was quiet despite its central location, and i found the car park very convenient.
The gym is quite small with three machines and poor ventilation. It is more suitable for a home gym than a four-star hotel facility.

the breakfast was very good with many choices available each morning. i especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit selection (a very nice touch!). the coffee was also excellent, and i made sure to grab a cup each morning.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel had a great central location near many attractions. the lobby bar area provided a cute space to relax. the room and bathroom sizes were also good, providing ample space for comfort.
the air conditioning airflow in the room felt insufficient. a fan was provided to plug into the wall, but it only offered limited relief. the management indicated the air was set to 21 degrees, but there was no effective way to feel it.

The breakfast buffet provided a good choice of items, including fresh pastries and a variety of fruits. The selection ensured a satisfying start to the day.. this was well-stocked and regularly refreshed.

The room included comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. It featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel provided clean rooms. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the proximity to the busy street.

Alex at the front desk was helpful. He was always available to provide assistance, directions, and recommendations.. his presence greatly enhanced the stay. the hotel staff promptly fixed the broken bathroom light and door.

The location was convenient. It was near Las Ramblas. The staff helped me arrange luggage storage. Local restaurants were good for both breakfast and dinner.
The acoustic insulation was bad. I could hear noise from outside. The gym had limited equipment. There were only three machines with no treadmill.
