I appreciated the very clean and spacious rooms. The hotel ensured I had all needed for a great family stay. Communication with the reception staff was amazing, the staff being very friendly. Breakfast offered good variety and great coffee.
I found no smart tv in the room. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, so sleep was somewhat difficult.

i found the staff really lovely they remembered my name and room number. the front desk service felt very personal and it. nearby restaurants were great the seafood place next door was super.
the hotel did not provide complimentary water bottles each day which was disappointing. paying for water from the mini fridge felt unnecessary. the spa situation was a bit difficult i only got one hour per day and it booked up quickly.

the staff was gentle. maria and andres are very nice. the description of rooms notes a connecting room exists. i could perfectly hear all happening in the next room.
i noticed the spa area was not clean. the pillows provided semi comfort. the amenities weren't so good and there wasn't even a spoon in the room.

this place has walking distance to main attractions. transportation is right in front. it is close to the bus station and the metro. it makes connections with plaza catalunya and plaza espanya easy.

the hotel had a central location , close to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room i had was very spacious. the hotel also provided free wifi, a pool , and a gym.
i noticed that the air conditioning in the room took a while to cool.

my superior double room included a very comfy bed. the room had a minimalist design and it was clean and shiny. the room size allowed for comfortable movement , even with luggage.

the room was clean. it was modern and well-kept (i especially liked the separate shower and bathtub). the hotel's location was good. it was close to many tourist attractions.
the sauna was out of order . the gym's air conditioning was not working. i had to ask multiple times to get it turned on, but it never happened.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, a definite plus.
The room i was given had some issues. the air conditioning was quite slow to cool the room. also, the toilet flush was temperamental. It often needed assistance to stop the water from running continuously.
