Great Location and Friendly People

Kryzzle help me communicate for drone bag. I already did checkout, she still updating me by email regarding the drone I forgot. I recover drone and I went back to stay one more night, she nicely treat us especially the kids and gave the room early. All the staff are well-trained.
I asked for something to be repair all 3 days of trip and it not done. I had early flight on the last day, I requested capsules of coffee for the room since none of days it was replace, the receptionist said he couldn't do anything till 7.30.

The room has two twin beds and a small desk. I see also one chair and adequate lighting for reading, nice. The room size are suitable for a short stay, really.

This place located near a big shopping center. A coffee shop is also nearby as well as a restaurant. It a very convenience area for anyone want to do shopping or quick bite.

the staff helped me with my luggage. they always said good morning each time i left for the day. the hotel kept everything clean. i also found the beds comfortable.
we asked for something to be repaired all three days of our trip, yet it wasn't done. i had requested coffee capsules for my room due to an early flight, since none were replaced, but the receptionist said he couldn't do anything until 7:30.

The front desk team was very helpful. They assisted with printing boarding passes for my return journey. I also appreciated them looking after my suitcases after checkout (.. ) this allowed me to enjoy my last hours exploring. Breakfast offered a large range of good quality food.

The breakfast was a DELIGHT!!! It had high quality food and many options. The location is unbeatable. I could walk to most places. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quite large and functional.
I requested coffee capsules for the room, as they weren't replaced . The receptionist was unable to assist me until 7:30 am. This was not a good way of solving problems.
