I found the location convenient. It offered easy access to public transport. The shopping center nearby was a plus. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the excellent standard maintained throughout the hotel. The reception staff were helpful and obliging (very nice).
The room sound insulation was not ideal. I could hear loud music. The music played throughout the night, especially on the weekend.

the room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. the location is quite convenient, close to the beach. i appreciated the shopping center just across the road (very useful for quick needs).
the walls seemed thin as i could hear noise from adjacent rooms, sometimes disturbing.

I arrived before check-in and the hotel stored my luggage. i used the hop-on and hop-off bus stopping in front. the location has a mall across the street. i got a room upgrade with complimentary breakfast. The ocean view suite was superb. i wished i could have stayed longer.
a receptionist named christina was disrespectful. she tried to keep me from staying an extra night in the same room without paying extra. she argued with other receptionists not to honor my request. her behavior made my last day difficult!

The location is GREAT near the beach. A mall is conveniently located across the street from the hotel. The view from the room I had was FANTASTIC!!!
The reception staff did not seem professional. My requests and questions were met with limited assistance. I had to convince a staff member at breakfast to give me clean knives and plates. I received disposable cups.
