The breakfast buffet had many choices. i found a good variety of breads, cheeses, and fresh fruit. the room had a big bathroom. it included accessibility features and a view of the pool. the pool-side service was nice. I ordered food and beverages.
The air conditioning didn't work properly. It pushed out warm air. the reception mentioned it was disabled at that time of year. i think they need to alert customers of blackout periods. it made the room uncomfortable.

The staff attentiveness was good. mr jaffer and mr ali were very polite. They treated us very well. the check in and check out processes were easy. it was a positive experience with the team.

The staff was amazing, especially at the front desk. ali was very helpful and cute. I really appreciated that. the hotel's location near the metro made getting around easy. it was a very short walk to placa de catalunya!
This created a queue sometimes. it was a bit inconvenient, especially during peak hours. i hope they fix it soon.

the room was comfortable with a lot of space this was convenient with plentiful clothes storage. ali at reception provided a free upgrade to a luxury family room this enhanced the stay. i found the bathroom new and modern with updated fixtures. the facilities are great i had everything i needed.
i experienced an issue with the air conditioning the staff was unhelpful addressing it. the room felt too warm and the climate control was not effective. i hope they improve their air conditioning maintenance.
