The breakfast was acceptable with a fair variety of options.
The room was small. It barely fit the bed. There was virtually no space to open my suitcase properly. The carpet in the room was also quite dirty, disappointing.

unpleasant operator no ice
the location was acceptable, with access to key spots on foot or by public transport..
the evening front desk operator was not nice at all. the hotel did not offer an ice option. i had to buy a bag of ice, and they would not provide a bucket, so i had to leave it in the bathroom sink, somewhat inconvenient

modern style coffee maker spacious bathroom welcome wine
The room had a coffee maker. It was nice to have complimentary wine upon arrival. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. I appreciated the modern style of the hotel throughout my stay.
The walls seemed a little thin, I could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

loved my stay!
clean room spacious room friendly staff amazing choices
my room was super clean and spacious. the bathroom had a fabulous design (i especially loved the rainfall shower!). the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. breakfast offered amazing choices, so many options!
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

my room included a comfortable bed with soft linens. the bathroom was modern and had a rainfall shower (a great way to start the day). the room had great air conditioning.

the front desk staff offered excellent service and were friendly. they provided helpful recommendations for dinner (i tried el viti nearby!). their attention to detail made a big difference.
