the staff provided a very warm welcome the room had a rainfall shower head which i found quite refreshing the sheets and towels were very clean i noticed this immediately.

the location was not the best especially at night i felt unsafe at times the surroundings were quite noisy at all hours of the day it was difficult to keep the window open because of the noise.

The room was compact but clean. it was warm with comfortable beds and a good shower. free coffee was available in the kitchen throughout the day, i appreciated that. the location is very central and accessible to different places. It was a short walk to la rambla.

Rooms provided ample storage. It was very practical. the bathroom included complementary toiletries, a nice touch. Breakfast was quite good! leaving luggage after checkout was super helpful. a shower room was available for use before my departure.

i found the temperature control in the room did not function properly. this was a slight inconvenience as i would have liked to adjust the heating. extra blankets or information on how to adjust the central heating would have helped.

I found the location provided easy access to the metro. This made exploring the city very simple. The room included complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day and I used that. The bathroom had a modern design with a rainfall shower.

the front desk staff was professional. they were also very helpful. the location was convenient to the cathedral. the rooms were quiet despite the busy street.

The room lacked basic amenities. There was no fridge. the temperature control did not work. there was no hair shampoo provided, only body wash.

The staff was helpful and the check-in was easy. The shower had AMAZING pressure and a double valve. The hostel provided slippers plus shampoo and body wash!!!

My pyjamas got lost when the bed sheets were changed.
