I arrived before the check-in time. The staff permitted me to check in immediately. I received a glass of local cava wine while my room was readied, and my luggage was taken up.
I found that one of the double sinks was partially blocked. It was not ideal.

I arrived early and the staff immediately checked me in. I received a complimentary glass of local cava. My terrace room included a lovely view. The staff assisted with transportation and provided great recommendations. Room service offered a large variety of delicious food in generous portions.
I noticed slight condensation on the balcony door glass.

The room was spacious. It had excellent views. The room service was accurate. The breakfast was good.
There were cockroaches in my room. It ruined my birthday. I couldn't sleep that night. They changed my room though.

the location offered pretty decent views of the surrounding area.
I found a couple of issues . the bathroom sink was clogged, a minor annoyance. more concerning was the overall dated appearance of the room. The furnishings looked quite worn.

missing door broken furniture
the staff generally tried to be helpful.
The room felt quite dated. the bathroom door was missing. There was no privacy at all. dust was visible, the walls were scuffed, and some furniture seemed broken. i wasn't expecting that from this category of hotel.

the room was a beautiful double or twin room sea view it featured two comfortable twin beds i appreciated the spacious bathroom with a separate shower i found complimentary toiletries and soft towels provided. breakfast included a good variety of fresh fruit juices and pastries the restaurant offered gluten-free options. the rooftop pool provided panoramic views of the area the pool was heated and very clean.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long.
