comfortable bed friendly staff
My room included toiletries and a mini bar. The spacious room also had a comfortable bed and heating I liked the use of key codes to enter both the hotel and my room. The location allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff were friendly and nice. I felt safe walking in the area near the main street.

crowded breakfast area fluctuating shower
The room felt smaller than expected. It barely accommodated my luggage. the breakfast area got crowded, a bit chaotic. Finding a seat during peak hours was a challenge. I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, like cracked tiles. the shower pressure fluctuated. i hoped for better maintenance.

useless man rude staff
The old man at the reception was quite useless. He refused to let me charge my phone to get an Uber. He wanted payment despite knowing I had missed my train. I found this quite rude!!!

friendly staff good breakfast perfect location good wifi
the front desk staff were very friendly. breakfast included several options of good quality. the hotel's location is AMAZING with lots of restaurants nearby. wi-fi in the room worked very well.
the bed was not really comfortable, and i could hear everything happening in the hallway.

The staff was really helpful (especially with directions). The cleanliness was really good. My room had a small balcony, a nice bonus. I found it a very relaxing stay.
