the provided room was clean and spacious. breakfast on the ninth floor included many options and the outdoor seating provided a nice start to the day. the hotel's location allowed for a thirty-minute walk to the downtown area.

On my arrival, i noticed the hotel does not provide complimentary water in the room. I thought this detail was odd, given the outside temperature was thirty-three degrees celsius. the minibar has water available, but i would need to pay for it.

weird room smellunprofessional billing

The room i got had a weird smell. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't what i expect from a hotel at this price. also, during checkout, they tried to charge me for breakfast for seven days, even though i only ate there once. i made it clear i'd only be there one day, so it seemed unprofessional that they didn't know or pretended not to. the room door was open after cleaning three days in a row. The cleaning staff need to shut them properly.

The hotel is near Parc Turo. I liked the terrace, it gave beautiful views. I spent hours there for meetings and work. The location is great for business and leisure.

The hotel is on a noisy street but the windows prevent noise.
