Fantastic Stay!
beach location friendly staff safe neighborhood helpful staff
The location was very nice, really close to the beach and restaurants. It was a very quick walk to the sea and I enjoyed that so much. The neighborhood felt chill and safe at all times. The staff was friendly and helpful to all guests.
The air conditioning was a little too weak. I would have preferred a colder room. It wasn't a huge problem, but it was noticeable during warmer parts of the day. Everything else was amazing though.

The reception was staffed with helpful people. My room was clean upon arrival. The king-size bed was comfortable, and I slept well. I enjoyed the breakfast. It had many options. The location near the Olympic Village. Metro access was easy. I liked the quiet neighborhood around the place.
The lifts made strange noises. It could be better.

charming find near the sea
central location public transport helpful staff competitive price
The location was great (i could walk to the beach in minutes). public transport was also very accessible. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. my room was clean and well maintained. The amenities were a great bonus. i found the price to be really competitive for the area.
The soundproofing could have been better. Street noise was noticeable at times.

ineffective air conditioning crowded breakfast area
I found some issues that really bothered me. The air conditioning barely worked. The room was hot and stuffy. The breakfast area was too small and crowded. It was hard to find a seat and the coffee machine was slow. I wanted to leave.

beach proximity blackout curtains helpful staff
The location is near the beach. Blackout curtains in the room were effective. I had plenty of toiletries and items, JUST in case i forgot my own. The front desk staff was lovely and very helpful.
