i had a family bungalow side sea view it was quite spacious i appreciated the cleaning staff their attention to detail was noticeable. the food selection was extensive breakfast lunch and dinner offered plenty of choices. the aqua park proved to be a big hit especially with the kids it kept them entertained for hours.

i found the staff to be super nice and always ready to assist. eleni stood out with her helpfulness. the hotel territory is huge and well maintained with tidy, green spaces. the aquapark kept the kids entertained, while i enjoyed the fitness area and basketball court.
The water in the aquapark was quite cold. I think it was 16 degrees.

The staff were cute and helpful . The facilities and food throughout the resort are lovely. Rooms offer everything i needed. Staff were quick to respond if anything was needed. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the premises and the beautiful gardens.
I found the main restaurant really noisy. The all inclusive dining hall was like a cafeteria. It was a bit overwhelming to navigate during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet offered every type of food i could imagine. Refills happened regularly, so there was plenty of food at any time. I also enjoyed the multiple options for water including lemon, oranges, cucumber, herbs, sparkling and still water.

The hotel was fantastic. every staff member was friendly. the cleanliness of the hotel stood out to me. It was always 10/10. fresh bottled water was in my room every morning, and wine was offered at lunch and supper, a nice detail. the water park was easily accessible and so much fun!!!
the hotel is huge, so navigating it with a stroller sometimes felt a bit tedious, even though it's beautifully maintained.
