the buffet restaurant provided many options and variation daily. the room was spacious and very clean. the staff members were always friendly and helpful.
the tv in the room lacked internet connectivity , and the pillows were not comfortable enough.

The room i booked looked smaller than the photographs showed. noise from above was persistent. I heard furniture moving at odd hours. i informed reception repeatedly. reservation availability at the a la carte restaurants proved limited. i did not get full use of my all inclusive plan. the activities seemed geared toward families, with few options for adults, outside of spa services.

charmed by perfect service and fine views.

the staff always smiled and were ready to help. multiple restaurants provided many options. our room was tidy, and cleaning was done daily. the hotel definitely offered a great value.
some chairs in the restaurant showed visible wear, a slight detraction.

the hotel's position gave amazing views. we could see the sea from nearly everywhere! there were several beaches accessible directly from the hotel. the beaches included both sandy and pebbled areas.

The service was very attentive. The staff really made an effort to ensure comfort! the staff at the front desk were very helpful and quick with any requests. drink orders were taken promptly at the pool.

the pools had heated sections, something that was a big plus, especially for kids. there are several pools and a dedicated kids pool. the terraces offered beautiful views, particularly at sunset. it is also a very green hotel.

dining included many restaurants, with a good variety of cuisines. the food was delicious and well presented. it's important to book reservations in advance, particularly for the specialty restaurants. the buffet had fresh food!

the staff was attentive. the beach was easily accessible from the hotel. our room was upgraded upon arrival, it was a pleasant surprise. i had access to a sea front resort, the views were amazing.
the quality of the none a la carte restaurant was not great. the italian food was poor.

gregory at the front desk provided great service. nicolai and georgios in food catering were also helpful. they worked to ensure my stay was perfect. their attention to detail.
guests reserved beds by main pool. the staff at arrival said this wasn't possible. i saw it happen every morning.
