The staff offered welcome drinks and explained the facilities upon arrival. i used the fitness suite, spa, pools, and bars extensively. jairo was excellent. they remain adequate.

the white wine tasted like weak flavored water, i found it not very pleasing!

the hotel enjoys a superb location near shops, restaurants, and the beach, with a pleasant promenade nearby, i enjoyed walking around this vibrant and accessible area. it offers easy access to various amenities and attractions.

The hotel features a rooftop pool easily accessible for those with mobility issues. I found it beneficial. the hotel has good towels for both rooms and pools and the front bar area is enjoyable, boasting cocktails and heaters for cooler nights. a playground is available.

the buffet provides a variety of food, i thought it was satisfactory. there is an italian restaurant available, i found it nice and bookable. snack food at the pool bar was adequate, a good way to grab a quick bite between activities. the food was delicious.

The hotel is located right on the sea front. Easy walking led to nearby shops. i had room 127 and enjoyed the sea view. the room was cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable (i slept like a baby!). there were also tea making facilities.

i'm no wine expert, but the white wine tasted a bit like weak flavored water. (it was okay, though).

the pool area was always kept clean. entertainment was provided in the evenings. the hotel is located a short walk away from bars and restaurants. there is a nearby supermarket about five minutes away.

the rooms are big. shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are in the shower. there is soap at the sinks (which i found convenient). some furnishings are a bit older, but the hotel is scheduled for refurbishment in may 2025.

Wonderful Stay with AMAZING Staff!

I enjoyed the sea view from my room. It was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, always with a smile and ready to assist. The location of the hotel is AMAZING!!! close to both bars and restaurants.

Some of the furniture looked dated. It could benefit from some refreshing.
