enough sun loungersspacious roomfresh foodfriendly staff
the pool was fantastic and there were always enough sun loungers. my room, a beautiful double or twin room sea view spa bath, was spacious and clean. breakfast offered many choices and the food was fresh. the staff members were friendly and helpful (they always had a smile!).
the evening entertainment was sometimes a bit loud and went on later than i would have liked.

the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there was ample wardrobe space. the balcony featured a jacuzzi tub (it was quite relaxing).

the buffet restaurant had a wide selection of dishes. vegetarian options were available at every meal. fresh fruit and pastries were plentiful (i especially liked the croissants).

the breakfast selection had a huge variety of choices. it suited many different tastes.
The pool area felt cramped. There were not enough umbrellas. the sun disappeared on one side of the pool relatively early in the day. it made finding a spot for the last hour of sun difficult. also, the bathroom layout was somewhat strange.

I booked a junior suite, but it was not as expected. the room lacked privacy, and the gym was located in a way that felt exposed. also, the service was slow. Getting a drink took a considerable amount of time.

the staff were all very great, that was acceptable.
I was frustrated with the water situation. the rate included dinner. I was charged for water. i think a luxury resort should provide free water or at least have water stations available. the wifi was also terrible. It was spotty and often didn't work at all. there were two days with no wifi, and no one at the front desk seemed to care.

The breakfast included many options and tasted great. I also enjoyed the à la carte lunch. The restaurant staff members were friendly and helpful. They provided efficient service. The location is great. It is near the shops and beach. The pool area was also great.
I did notice that the gym can get crowded.

The reception staff were accommodating and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The facilities are well-kept. The food had excellent variety. Brahim at the Champs sports bar provided superb service.

The hotel has two pool areas. The main pool includes a Juliet balcony and a waterfall. A smaller, private pool area provides a quieter option. It is ideal. The fitness gym is equipped. Guests can workout easily.

The room included a shower. The bathroom has a toilet, and a sink. There is space to hang your clothes, the furniture looks amazing. The Junior Suite had a side sea view and a hot tub on the balcony.
